Please submit parent information as indicated. Be certain you have contacted these parent and verified their availability for September 24, 2011 - 7am-5pm at Seguin HS.

There will be a required parent meeting on Tuesday, September 20 at 7pm in the Seguin HS Choir Room

15-24 Students    3 Volunteers

25-37 Students    4 Volunteers

38-49 Students    5 Volunteers

50-59 Students    6 Volunteers

60-69 Students    7 Volunteers

70 and up             8 Volunteers
